30-Day Return Policy

 


We have a 30-day return policy.

This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

 


Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 


 

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

 


Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

 

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

 


Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 


 

 

Exchanges

 


The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.

 


 

 

Refusal of Delivery Due to Customs Duties or VAT

 


For international shipments, customs duties and import taxes (including VAT) may be applied according to the laws of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


If customs duties or VAT are refused and the package is returned to us:

 

  • The customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.

  • The refund will be issued after deducting the round-trip shipping costs from the product price.

  • Customs duties and VAT are generally non-refundable.

 


We strongly recommend checking the customs duties and VAT regulations of your destination country before placing an order. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.

 


 

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

 


Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.


As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

 


 

 

Refunds

 


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.


If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
