Loss or Damage During Shipping

We are responsible for loss or damage during domestic shipping.

International Shipping (Insured Shipping Methods)
We are responsible for loss or damage during shipping when an insured shipping method is selected.
International Shipping (Non-Insured Shipping Methods)
In the event of loss or damage during transit, compensation may not be available when a non-insured shipping method is selected.

However, if damage is caused by improper packaging or our fault, we will take responsibility.
